After years of spending way too much money on store bought tempeh I decided to try making my own. I have no experience making my own so I researched a few different recipes and decided to play around with them. The only soybeans I found were fairly expensive so I used several other types of beans.

I'm planning to make more tempeh while the weather is still warm and fill my freezer up for Fall and Winter. I also want to experiment with homemade tempeh burgers.
